1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Indoripa ("we", "us", "our"), the website at indoripa.com, and any related services. By creating an account or opening a pack you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
3. Nature of the service
Indoripa is a marketplace for mystery-merchandise packs. Every pack is a purchase of a physical collectible whose minimum value is disclosed on the campaign page prior to purchase. The identity of the specific item is determined by a server-side draw at the moment of purchase. Draws are not games of chance; every pack yields a determinate-value item.
4. Accounts & security
- You are responsible for your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Coins & top-ups
Coins are an in-app credit used to purchase packs. 1 coin = Rp 1.000. Coins are non-transferrable, non-refundable once spent, and have no monetary value outside the platform. Top-up packages may include bonus coins; all bonuses are disclosed before purchase.
6. Pack openings & results
Once a pack is opened, the draw result is immutable. You receive the item drawn, subject to shipping or exchange as described in the campaign guarantees. Published odds are locked once the first pack in a campaign is opened.
7. Authentication & shipping

8. Exchanges & refunds
Inventory exchange and refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy.
9. Prohibited conduct
- No automated access, scraping, or attempts to bypass the draw server.
- No reselling of accounts, coins, or in-progress shipments.
- No fraud, chargeback abuse, or impersonation.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the coins or amounts paid by you to us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or a banner on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta.
