1. Top-ups are final
Coin top-ups are delivered instantly to your wallet and are non-refundable. This includes any bonus coins and first-timer bonuses awarded with the purchase. Please check the package you're buying before confirming payment.
If you believe a charge was made in error or unauthorised on your account, contact support immediately and we'll investigate. Claims of fraudulent access may be resolved directly with your payment provider.
2. Opened packs
Because the item delivered is determined at the moment of opening and carries a guaranteed minimum value, pack purchases are final. For items you don't want you can exchange them for coins at the current exchange rate.
3. Shipping issues
- Package arrives damaged: report within 48 hours with photos. We will either replace the item (if available), substitute a comparable one, or refund its estimated value in coins — your choice.
- Package lost in transit: we work with the carrier on insurance. If unrecoverable within 14 days, we credit you the full estimated value in coins.
- Authentication dispute: we will re-authenticate through an independent party. If the item is confirmed inauthentic we refund the full pack price in coins and cover return shipping.
4. Promo coins and tickets
Promotional coins granted by Indoripa (marketing giveaways, first-timer bonuses) are non-refundable. Store tickets earned from top-ups are non-refundable and non-transferable. Items redeemed with tickets follow the same shipping-issue rules above.
5. How to request
For shipping or authentication issues, reply to any Indoripa email or contact support with your order reference and photos where applicable. We respond within 2 business days.
