1. Where we ship
We ship domestically across Indonesia. International shipping is evaluated per-request for grail pulls; contact support for a quote.
2. When we ship
Once you submit a shipment request it enters a processing queue. Typical timelines:
- Standard items: dispatched within 2 business days.
- Chase / legendary items requiring grading: 5–14 business days depending on the authenticator's turnaround.
3. Carriers & fees
We use JNE, J&T Express, and SiCepat for standard parcels, and insured courier for high-value chase items. Shipping cost is shown before you confirm the shipment and deducted from the accompanying invoice. Insurance is included on chase/legendary pulls.
4. Packaging
Trading cards ship in top-loaders inside sealed sleeves and double-boxed. Sneakers ship in their original box inside an outer shipper. Watches ship in a padded hard case with service papers.
5. Authentication record
Every shipment includes a packing record with a photo of each item taken before dispatch. If there's ever a dispute about what was shipped, the record is the reference.
6. Delivery disputes
Report missing or damaged deliveries within 48 hours of the carrier marking the shipment delivered. We'll work with the carrier to resolve; insured items are covered in full.
7. Batching
You can ship multiple inventory items in a single shipment to save on fees. Items from different campaigns can be batched. Use the My items page to select a batch.
